I worked there for six years and saw management decline each year. There is no room for advancement or switching departments. Minimal employees are scheduled EVERY SHIFT, putting extra stress on them. Will be reprimanded if you only finish 7/10 things on your to do list, even though most of your time was spent helping customers (which should come first). Never get acknowledgement for a job well done. Only negative feed back. Managers treat employees horribly. Treating them with ZERO respect in front of co workers and customers. When voicing concerns to management, you are told to "stop being negative", even if your concern is a valid point.
