If you need a job where you will make minimum wage regardless of skill and work ethics you have found it. Huge expectations for low wages for all part time workers. Store typically not very clean but they do clean a few times a year.

Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
