Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are delighted that you recognise the positives in our flexible working and hybrid working policies. It is also satisfying to read that you feel that your voice is being heard. Ironically our annual colleague survey is called Ocorian Voice - and it's intended to do exactly that, provide a voice for every colleague, across a raft of issues.
Our CEO, also then leads a task force, who review the outcomes of that survey and then raise the expectations, that at Company, Location and Service Line level, that feedback is being factored into an action plan to help improve our lot. Ocorian is a people company - and the voice of those people is really important to us.
Please take the time to share your feedback internally, particularly on the Cons that you have listed. Feel free to speak within your Reporting Line, or local HR Business Partner in the first instance.
