Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate you doing this! I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the fully remote aspect of your role. I'm surprised to hear that you're not finding the role to be as flexible as you expected and I'd love to chat more about this if you want to reach out to me on Slack or email? We do pride ourselves on the flexibility that we offer so I'd be keen to know what's not working for you. As Digiops is our 'out of hours' site we do ask people to work at least 50% of their hours 'out of hours' and we ask people to work at least 7.5 hours on a weekend but in return for that people can pretty much set their own schedule on a week to week basis (we don't ask people to work set shifts) which tends to work well for people who have other commitments outside of work such as family/caring responsibilities.
