Pros
- free food, breakfast, lunch, and lots of snacks/ordering in for the team - hybrid scheme - straightforward job - offices are nice, heavy on inclusivity and diversity - good/lenient annual leave package - support around ordering tech if wfh - casual work dress code, you can wear whatever you want - work life balance is great
Cons
- career progression is difficult unless you push for it - salary does not reflect the level of work, should be paid £3-5k more, in fact I would argue we are VERY underpaid - some staff can come across as unprofessional - call it what it is: a call centre - high turnover rate due to low salary, difficult/no career progression
