- Whilst learning opportunities are well supported, there is a lot to cover and it takes time, motivation and dedication. Its not a guarantee that every person will be the right fit. Employees must be resilient and well organised. - Growth within the company is possible for a while, but there is definitely a point where breaking past the ceiling requires a lot more work and ability to justify it. Its not necessarily a con, but its a consideration. - Large work load
