Pros
I've worked as a software engineer for companies of all scales and various sectors over the past decade or so, but I've finally found my perfect role. Octopus Energy is one of those rare places where the culture is phenomenal, it genuinely cares about its customers, its employees and indeed the global climate crisis. I've had no trouble fitting my work around my busy life as a parent and have been fully supported by my management team and peers.
