Pros
Very communicative, supportive, fun, boss(es) who is so great to work with and for. We have a great working relationship and they always have my back and thank me for going over and above my role. The company gives you the freedom to work hours that suit you/your bosses, find gaps and fill them with solutions rather than lots of red tape and boosts you to the the best version of yourself at work both professionally and personally. Most settled and happy I've been in a job. Really believe the company, it's mission, what it stands for and love being a part of the growth and hype.
Cons
If you are the kind of person that loves processes, policies, structure, clear guidelines that it wouldn't be the right job for you. Whilst there are many processes put in place, it's not the same compared to a big corporate so if you are new you have to fend for yourself a bit and create the job. For me, that's not a bad thing and fits my way of working and instead creates opportunities for you that other people would normally fill.
