They say it s hybrid after the first 8 weeks-nope- they want you to be in the office until you pass probation
You are allowed only 10 days of paid sick a year. Also they count it by days not by occasion. So if you got a virus that takes you out for a week, 5 days gone out of 10, and they expect you to want to work from home instead when sick rather than calling in sick (which is inconvenient if you are really bad sick)
They don't raise your salary after you pass probation, they introduced a "make the grade" training which is not relevant to your performance as an energy Specialist.
