I’m sorry to hear that you felt like you didn’t have the time or support to give our customers the best experience that they deserve. I do appreciate that it's a demanding role and that our rapid growth can mean things feel stretched while we recruit new team members.
We are actively recruiting into the Leicester site and have been for the past 12 months but we are a little bit behind on our hiring plan. We increased the starting salary earlier in the year and this has helped attract even more great people into our team in Leicester. Whilst it can take a bit of time for new team members to get up to speed, I’m confident that things will feel a lot more manageable over the coming weeks and months. We’re working on a short term fix until we get to this point which is where we meld two teams together to be able to be a bigger unit and continue to give great customer service with more people to schedule.

Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
