The people. Ocuco teams are outstanding. Carefully selected to blend junior and senior personnel to build balanced and effective teams. The management, supportive, with excellent industry knowledge. All staff are trained in Optics and given support and encouragement to develop in whichever area they choose. Most of all, Ocuco care about their employees, they were one of the first companies to send everyone to work from home just as the pandemic hit. The transition was well organised and all staff were looked after in the personal and business sense. Family is an important to Ocuco management. Many of the staff feel that Ocuco is not just a place to work; it’s an extended family. Our CEO knows every staff member by name. Not many companies can say that!
Cons
Ocuco is the nearest thing to working for a really big company, but it is, in fact, still fairly small (although global). Expectations are high, so if you’re not up for working hard and helping achieve global success, Ocuco is not for you.
