Pros

The concept of the site, from original founders Marc and Julien -unique & compelling. Design, Technology & Community worked hand in hand. Former CEO Satoshi Kitahama managed well and trained good people.

Cons

After the parent company took over and over the course of 2 years more and more passionate people on the team were let go for no reason or for made-up reasons. Those who could compliment and praise the new management the best thrived, everyone else was let go over time. Contracts were not honored and this company is not trustworthy.

Pros

Boss and CEO have no idea what to do, so you can suggest them to do whatever you want to do, they will agree with whatever you suggest, and they won't care about the result, and they will fire you without any reason.

Cons

The worst CEO and Boss, they basically will fire any people without any reason at any time. Especially the Kawasaki Takamasa, his strategy is to change employee every time when his own strategy doesn't work, so he will find an excuse and put all responsibility on this person and explain to the investor or his boss. He is a person without any responsibility for his own behavior.

Pros

McDonald's ¥100 burger / ¥100 onigiri for team lunch. A good boss will nourish their employees with better foods.

Cons

Worst boss and most selfish CEO in the world. Both have no ideas how to lead a company with a settled marketing strategy. Kawasaki Takamasa, the big boss, he was always trying to do non-Odigo related projects (for money, money, and money while neglecting Odigo itself) and made all Odigo employees work on those projects. He also fired some people without any suitable reason, so employees who were working there tend to come and go. There wasn't any exit interview before employees quit the company.
