Best IT job I've had in a non-tech company - IT Specialist Odulair Employee Review

When I accepted the position, I expected a traditional sales job. Instead, I spend much of my time learning about mobile medical facilities and understanding how customers plan to use them. This job has expanded my knowledge of industries I knew very little about before. I've also become much more confident discussing complex products with customers.

Detailed proposals require lots of prep time.

Paychecks never bounced and the office space was functional.

• No clear development paths, training, or career progression were provided. • Work remained repetitive with no change or advancement over time. • Questions about next steps were met with vague or delayed responses that led nowhere. • No meaningful effort was made to support employee growth or skill development. • Employees were left stagnant in the same role for long periods despite expectations of progress. • Lack of structure or planning made it feel like growth was not a priority at all.
