      Pros

      At the time I was employed at OP, it was a vibrant workplace, supportive,, new ideas were encouraged and overall a great place to work. Hybrid schedule was a great balance.

      Cons

      Launching new programs without vetting all of the pro and cons and the graphics and copy support needed to go to market (GTM).

      There was so much potential.

      Cons

      The CEO constantly made changes that were not necessary. He wouldn’t let anything play out before completely overhauling and then rolling it back out to the company and investors like it was the newest and greatest thing ever. I am shocked that the board of directors has allowed that leadership team to stay around. Getting the youngest brother out was the wrong brother.
