Pros

Hardly any. The design team is nice that’s about it.

Cons

Overworked, the sales team has the upper hand, the president is awful, doesn’t believe in bonuses, you will be harassed when you are on PTO, lots of drama, bad reputation among the A&D community, relationship with Steelcase is not good.

Pros

I’ve been a designer at Office Environments for a while now, and I can genuinely say it’s an incredible place to work. The leadership team truly values creativity and collaboration, and they give us the tools and support we need to succeed. The culture here is positive, team-oriented, and fast-paced in the best way. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across different industries. The company invests in professional growth, encourages innovation, and always looks for ways to improve both the client and employee experience. Plus, the team is full of talented, hardworking, and fun people who make coming to work enjoyable every day. If you’re looking for a company that values design, challenges you in the best ways, and supports your growth, OE is the place to be!

Cons

Like any fast-paced environment, deadlines can be tight at times, and juggling multiple projects requires strong time management. However, the team is always supportive, and leadership is open to feedback on workload balance.

Pros

Pay was decent and there was always something to do.

Cons

Sales people were treated like royalty and they treated everyone else like their servants.
