Pros
- Good pay - Young Staff - Friendly management - Great training for Print and Copy team members The last point particularly, as I started my position in 2019 with no knowledge of Print and Copy, but was given training on each individual tool and machine by a number of different team members, which enabled me to fill the role with little stress.
Cons
- Management changes frequently - Despite the pros, a lot of the Print and Copy learning was still self-guided, and not endorsed by Officeworks officially, only provided by friendly staff willing to help.
