Administration were very supportive, encouraging and empathetic. No micro managing. Great team work. Flexible schedules! I only left due to relocating.

Cons

Meeting productivity can be challenging for some, but not impossible. I’ve heard.. Personally, I always went over productivity. It’s not so bad. You’ll get it. Talk to colleagues and supervisor for tips and ideas.

Current CEO falls increasingly short in understanding & managing demands of providers, lack of trauma informed resources/supports. Current CEO appears focused almost exclusively on production, provides minimal focus on IT solutions for providers, and utilizes a one size fits all approach applied weekly to the entire workforce to address providers who historically fall short of expectations.
