Pros

Stable and experienced leadership that has developed and nurtured a remarkable culture. Clear and transparent communication on a weekly basis from the E-Staff sets the tone and direction of the company. Focus on Customer Success is not just a talking point, but an imperative in everything we do. Great product, great people and really happy and vocal customers are driving the success of Okta

Cons

I really don't have any. I guess if you don't like a face paced busy work day this isn't the place for you.

Cons

Like many publicly traded SaaS companies, Okta has aggressive revenue targets. Employees in sales, account management, and customer success frequently note that quotas are demanding, territories can change unexpectedly during annual restructuring, and pressure to expand accounts can lead to burnout.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
