      Great Product & Large addressable market. CEO seems to genuinely care.

      Cons

      Taken the term 'Zero Trust' and applied it to the management style. Hierarchical structure - layers of pointless middle management trying to justify their existence. Toxic culture.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
