Big egos and Bureaucracy - Account Manager Okta Employee Review

There is no option to further your growth into your role as people leaders lack a vision of what they are looking for from your region. Most teammates have really big egos and are a challenge to work with and bring around to calls and presentations. Some managers are practically bulletproof with their teams barely meeting quota and they regularly disappear in the last week of the quarter for vacation. Feedback is given for the sake of giving it and there is no action plan to realise the proposed changes.
