      There are still good teams with less obstacles and more talent folks, and better collaborations. Just not many.

      Despite how bad the industry situation is in the past few years. At Okta I’ve seen one way of talent flow: outbound.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
