      Lovely old hotel, nice furnishings.

      Cons

      Poor managemen style. Had 3 lunch breaks in 3 months. Rostered for7, 8, 9 days in a row at times. Worked over daily rostered hours continually.

      Great team and space to work with loyal clientele.

      Cons

      Poor shift distribution throughout the year. Some seasons are busy, some are dead, and bills at home go unpaid.

      - Offsite but nearby accommodation provided by the company for £250 per month, deducted from payslip. Good deal - Meals provided by chefs

      - poor awareness or responsibility of health and safety - poor reputation as having unwelcoming customer service to locals
