Pros
In the beginning stages of the 2 week training period, you feel welcomed, not pressured, appreciated and have a sense that management cares about their employees. However, things change for the worst once you go live (typically starting the 3rd week). You are given a talk, to provide expectations of speed weekly, with zero errors. The problem is, you are NOT given the chance, opportunity nor time to actually reach that goal. Instead, the night time higher up only cares about numbers and expects you to already be at 21+ bills per hour, prior to you even going live. Not to mention, that person not taking into consideration the different learning curve(s) that everyone has. It's a do as I say or you're gone type of environment. I've heard so many good things about this company in the beginning. However, it clearly was not about the data entry department. Suggestion: Instead of treating people like they are expendable, robots and not allowed to make mistakes....treat them like human beings and actually give people a chance. You might be surprised at the decrease of people who leave and increase in those who stay. As well as staff encouraging others to apply.
