You cant count on management to do the job that they should be doing. There are dockworkers that are doing the job and paperwork for them. The managers in the office are petty and childish about dealing with people and never taking into account experience that they have in their employees. They write up for things that have been asked of the employees. You cant move up if your not a favorite and have your hand and head eating out of managements bag. They take peoples will to work away with the way they treat lower employees like dirt over childish petty feuds or retaliation. Along with not giving those that are willing to learn and have a heart for the supervisor jobs that they are doing anyway because the ones trying to do it don't know how or even try to do it right. Overall management is just a bunch of children playing with peoples lives cause they don't actually care about the people in their employ. You have the promise of being a family orientated place caring and being all about making sure the families have priority, however if your don't wear Grey or black you don't matter. I have experienced Targeting and discrimination. Don't count on many to have you back when it comes to anything family related.
