Pros
-they help you get your DCJS, CPR, and CPI certifications
-13 an hour not bad for the amount of work, close to nothing
Cons
-NO good benefits
-The company has a bad rep with hiring people from like Ghana that can barely speak English. It is a HUGE problem when something needs to happen and you can't understand the person on the other side of the radio
-Really boring job, if you're looking for excitement to pass time than this isn't the place
-No probability of promotion or advancement, none, 0, nada
-No raises, whatever you start at you'll be there for a while
