      You get to work great people, great teams. Top performers are rewarded well.

      Cons

      Executives are toxic. They talk down to people, even their own Technical managers. A lot of micromanagement. No psychological safety, your own manager will conspire against you, behind your back.

      Great company to work at and their graduate program paid a generous amount (we were getting R27500 in 2023)
