Pros
They care about culture and seem to focus on work life balance. There's lots of opportunity to network through happy hours and summer / winter events.
Cons
Work life balance is highlighted but when it comes down to acting it's not really being followed. Happy hours and 'fun' events don't make up for flexible working, reasonable adjustments and reasonable requests. Not a lot of option to progress if you're not in the consulting side.
