Small business growth. Super flexible

Lack of organization, hard to move up.

There is lots of room to advance your career and skill set being that it is a small team and everyone is very supportive. The team is remarkable and full of great people to work with. It is a growing company and there is lots more to come so the chances of getting bored are slim to none.

Nothing major. Just the usual growing pains of working at a startup. The cons are to be expected and for me the benefits of working at Ollie outweigh the cons any day. That said, it is not for everyone.
