Unscrupulous, petty, vengeful - Anonymous employee Olsa Resources Employee Review

Working for this company as a recruiter was a terrible experience. Base pay is low, but I was lured with the promise of huge bonuses which in my experience could not and never materialized. Management is petty, unscrupulous and incompetent and the company culture is toxic. They're vengeful and unethical. Their attitude over a ~$30K a year salary is that it should be viewed as a privilege and I'd be unlikely to make more elsewhere. I now make 10X and feel treated with respect, not to mention the dignity one feels when working with capable people. My only regret is not having left sooner or having worked for Olsa Resources at all.
