Pros
Not much great to say, at least they have a 401k. They match like little to next to nothing.
Cons
Retirement is a joke, don’t get much and the ESOP only goes to the good old boys that have been there a long time. The way they are structured brings highly competitiveness amongst offices, not one big family. The management is only worried about there own bonuses and pay is definitely sub par especially for right out of college, very little reward for performance. No mentorship or teaching of young engineers for them to gain experience. Claims to be flexible and shows getting off every Friday at noon however then bait and switch. Expectations are to work min 45 hrs a week in order to obtain a decent bonus. No pay for overtime. 401k match is under other companies retirement contributions.
