Great leadership at this company

Contractor work. Job security can be an issue

Unfortunately, there is none. It seems as thought this company is underbidding and then understaffing.

The company is under paying and overworking employees. There is not enough time to get things done with the amount of staff... especially unqualified management. The contract was clearly underbid and they can not handle it. Multiple different managers of varying titles came to sort out this location but everyone ended up leaving and forgetting it existed.
