Abrasive Waterjets are really really awesome; truly a fantastic futuristic technology that should be utilized more commonly.
Cons
Conventional corporate company. Conservative culture; unwilling or extremely slow to change to modern work methodologies. Pretty much all decision-making is controlled by people that have worked at Omax since the company's inception. Poor documentation, so people who have been here have all the say on how things go, and why (despite having no proof other than "I know, it's my intuition"). Strong push to return to office for no logical reason other than "because we can", "it's 'safe' to return, so we should"... Platitudes are common, poor inclusivity and majority of the diversity is found at the lowest paying jobs with the highest turnover. Lots of God-loving Christians. Lots of gun-loving conservatives. Lots of MAGA gear. Lots of Blue Lives Matter face masks.
