A highly innovative company, always looking for new opportunities, and new ways to use their technology. The CEO is one of the nicest people I know, and also a great visionary.

You need to be prepared to pivot fast. When an opportunity comes up, these guys jump on it right away, and you need to be able to drop what you're doing and do the new thing, even if that means working evenings and weekends to hit a tough deadline. It's unpredictable, and can be stressful if you're not ready for it. Definitely not a company for those who like routine.
