Pros

Flexible schedule, No interview, guaranteed contract job as long as you finish and pass the training certification. Work from home

Cons

1099-No benefits. You don’t get paid to train. Training can something be 3-4 weeks of completing modules, practice calls/tasks and training is like a full work shift.

We’re glad you value the flexibility of setting your own schedule, the no-interview application process, and the ability to work from home once certification is completed. As you mentioned, Omni Interactions offers 1099 contractor opportunities, so there are no traditional employee benefits. Certification is unpaid, as it prepares contractors for the contract they choose, and the length can vary depending on the client’s requirements. While certification may feel like a full-time commitment for a few weeks, many contractors find the flexibility and guaranteed contract upon successful completion to be worthwhile. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you appreciate the flexibility of being able to choose your own hours and workdays. Since Omni Interactions offers 1099 contractor opportunities, pay rates are set per contract rather than adjusted like a traditional employee wage. Contractors can, however, explore new contracts as they become available, which may offer different pay structures or incentives. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

Pros

Good culture at least for my project. Fair pay. Managers that care even if it feels like a lot of stuff "bad" about the project is out of their hands because it's set by the company we are contacting for

Cons

Hours can be hard to come by and if / when the project you're working on ends it can be a while before a new one pops up. Contract work so you pay self employment taxes
