Bonus and Incentive Profit Sharing Program is Excellent!

Would like to see higher base salary and more PTO per employee.

Good Bonus structure, 401k match

Base salary was below market, work 60 + hrs a week to make any money, managers sleeping with employees, no communication, backstabbing constantly and tattling like little wimps, don't like any type of conservative view points but will welcome liberal views.
