Expect the following: Not having the proper tools provided on jobs. Guilt trips by CEO for taking PTO. Lack of communication. No clear plan for the future. Bait and switch. No HR or actual standards. Claims of transparency / lies Role change to: General laborer/mover/construction worker. Being guilt tripped for taking lunch. No direct deposit. No dental plan and horrible health benefits. Discounts to clients instead of bonuses to staff. Discounts to clients to keep business. Most clients being friends or friends of friends - you'll be told word of mouth is how they get them. No marketing. No phone reimbursement.
