Pros

There are some good people to work with but it seems that they end up leaving for other jobs.

Cons

I know that the two positive reviews were written by the management. This is a sad attempt to make things seem better.

Pros

-Great environment to learn new technology. -Forgiving of common mistakes. -Owner is extremely down to Earth and funny. -Lots of collaboration. -Friendly nerdy coworkers who genuinely love tech.

Cons

-Low pay. -Milage reimbursement is a bit hard to fill out / confusing. -Benefits are not great. -Bench work can be very tedious and high-risk if a PC comes in dying and crashes while working on it you may be responsible for it.

Pros

It takes a certain kind of person to appreciate the advantages. If you like chaos and disorder and getting in touch with your inner construction worker then this is a great place. Travel by car. Coworkers are friendly and laid back.

Cons

CEO doesn't listen, rejects good ideas from employees to help the company grow. This company is stuck in 1999 and looks like blockbuster. Expect the following: Not having the proper tools provided on jobs. Guilt trips by CEO for taking PTO. Lack of communication. No clear plan for the future. Bait and switch. No HR or actual standards. Claims of transparency / lies Role change to: General laborer/mover/construction worker. Being guilt tripped for taking lunch. No direct deposit. No dental plan and horrible health benefits. Discounts to clients instead of bonuses to staff. Discounts to clients to keep business. Most clients being friends or friends of friends - you'll be told word of mouth is how they get them. No marketing. No phone reimbursement.
