Literally no pros I can think of

Save yourself and don't join this place. They just pick up candidates in the hopes of training them and sending to their clients. They don't have enough clients and can't take care of the ones they have. Then they will lay you off when they can't find anyone for you to work at!!

i was deployed to a Banking DC in the Navi Mumbai CBD area. The pay was on time. HR team was good in supporting any HR related queries. Good colleagues.

Maybe low salaries, I cannot comment on this since i was new and fresh out of college
