Pros

Not 24 hours. Closes early on weekends. Routes are slow after certain times.

Cons

Disorganized. Unprofessional. Their lack of communication will be part of their down fall. They lost their DMV credentials due to their neglect. Can't even do DMV testing. Their "training" is a joke. Bunch of chickens with no head. A coworker came from another company (bigger company) management, supervisors, and some co-workers tried to belittle them due to company they came from. Coming here was the worst decision I ever made. I hate every second here. Union is a disaster. No good benefits. They offer the barest of the bare minimum and expect you to be happy with it. Went to Manager to explain how uncomfortable I feel he downplayed it. They are quick to fire you for anything. The pay sucks. Being forced to work on your off day because they're short. Maybe if you treat employees better, higher pay, better benefit you'd actually have employees stick around. "Supervisors" act like high schoolers and whisper about you in front of you. They sell you a dream and empty promises.

It is very easy work

Cons

It is a bit hard to move up. It's a small agency.

Pros

Decent benefits at low cost

Cons

Pay is below industry average, leadership is toxic and run the place like a high school gossip circle. The ongoing 'Culture rejuvenation' project is laughable when SLT sit behind closed doors laughing at concerns of employees. CEO/GM is outwardly kind but behind closed doors is an absolute monster with no regard for professionalism.
