Pros

I worked for On Line Support for nearly 4 years in sales and marketing. One of the things I appreciated most about the company is that as a small business, I was able to see the benefits of my hard work both for customers and the company. On Line Support is dog friendly which was great for me as I like dogs. All the employees are tech fanatics so we always had new technology to play with and figure out how to turn into new customer solutions. The owners are very good at problem solving and were always open minded about finding new solutions to help customers and grow the business. They had good benefits, perks like 401K matching and were very reasonable about things like personal emergencies. How many companies have you worked for where the owner would offer to let you borrow his car while yours was in the shop? I enjoyed working there, was compensated fairly, and made lasting friendships with both my co-workers and customers.

Cons

As a small company every employee is a customer service representative in addition to their tech, sales, marketing or admin role. If you do not like working with customers then this might not be the best fit for you. I was the sales guy but wore a lot of different functional hats which I enjoyed.

Pros

With On Line Support, you have an invested management team that wants its employees to succeed, not just within work hours, but in their personal lives as well. There is an excellent work-life balance and is more of a work family than coworkers. I would not be where I am today without the personal growth I achieved by working under Eric and Mickey.

Cons

You have to bring doughnuts if you're late to staff meetings...

Pros

Competitive Pay. Freedom from micro management. Non corporate small business type of work environment.

Cons

Tracking every minute of billable time to fill your 8 hour work day can be an added stressor. Training can be more organized.
