Pros

The people i work with make me want to stay. They honestly are what keeps some joys in such a bad corporate structure

Cons

There is a TOTAL DISCONNECT between operations and the "leadership team" in our company. Greed, greed, and greed is what has become the driving bottom line to this company. No one at the top cares for the people that are making their money day in and day out. Just when they see you can handle one of their many challenges, they throw another at you almost immediately. All of which have nothing more than their interests in mind. THERE ARE NO INCENTIVES anymore to do go above and beyond. Money and bonuses become smaller and harder to achieve and the rich keep getting richer! If there were more cash incentives for all the new inventory and labor controls in place, which actually helped the managers at the local store level, then there would be more desire to push harder. Unfortunately, the only people that see the money when we cut cut cut, are the CEO, VP, etc. just sad....morale is down and if you voice concern, you are pretty much isolating yourself, possibly risking your job. Like one person reviewed, the upper management is trying to squeeze out every cent and with that every ounce of morale and loyalty long term employees had. Im just waiting for a mad exodus of managers and hopefully then they figure it out!
