Nice offices, kind and intelligent coworkers

Dysfunctional middle management. Questionable business ethics and unsafe storage of sensitive financial information. CEO is totally checked out of the company. Instructions to staff were vague and incomprehensible sales buzzwords. Booking system is on a DOS computer from the 1980s. Turnover is high for a reason. I always got paid on time, but others did not. Skeleton staff means that you cannot take personals, leave your desk, or be delayed. Manager makes you run his personal errands. Take the job if you want, but have an exit strategy.

Good opportunity if you make it one. You can learn a lot and start your career. On a personal level, everyone is nice and good. Also the instructors and accounting staff are awesome here.
