It is the most racial place Ine ever worked.I went to management as well as other people did and management twisted it to blame one culture that starts with the letter w and they made a move from Glendale to polk city and the charge nurse said the culture that starts with the letter B didn't talk to the W cnas in Glenwood either and it's not about to change.The B culture wouldn't help other coworkers who were W. The B culture would go one by one to the nurses and intimidate the older nurse and not let up till they intimidated them to their side.The B culture actually told a W nurse to stop helping a cna that she was enabling this cna enabling her to do what her job????? Yet management always tells youto get help from your fellow cna. I came in one nite and they told my coworker they weren't going to work with me I didn't do anything wrong except I was W.Another nite we had a call in and there were two of us me and B girl . Whenever there was a call in they always gave the other person the two hardest halls and they took one easy hall, ever since I came in for shift she never said a word to me but when the nurse asked the B cna why I had two halls she straight up lied and said oh we split that hall oh really how could we do that when you never Saud a word to me since I came in.I started drinking everyday so were my coworkers on other shifts we were all self destruction and we normally don't drink like that but what do you do when management does nothing .we were all dreading to come in c trying at home.The B culture would come in in the morning g at 6;15 or 6;20 am they are suppose to be there at 6:00 nobody said a word cuz management runs scared or scared of losing their retirement.One day W will get fed up with this stuff going on at the workplace and I what could happen when W get fed up of management allowing the B to do whatever they want and twisting it around on the W culture and not confronting the B and or firing them but they won't cuz management knows they will use the color card. SAD!!!BTW I'm not the only one who felt this way or I'm not the only w person they did this to if you were w this is what they did to you!!
