      Pros

      I'm still thinking of Pros. It was a paycheck, but not much else.

      Cons

      No benefits, poor working conditions. No heat in shop in winter, and no air conditioning.

      Pros

      Team work abounds here! All around friendly atmosphere. Upper management will listen to any concerns and strive to compromise a solution that is beneficial to you and the company.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little lacking but compared to today's economy, average.

      Easy job and low quality requiment. Pay wasn't that bad.

      Cons

      Bad communication between office to shop floor. Music is way too loud. Management doesn't know what manufacturing is.
