      Pros

      I joined in 2008. At that time you would found lot of smart folks around. We had very decent work life balance.

      Cons

      I believe things got changed when company's focus and culture started getting changes. It became more like any other service based company rather than a product based.

      Excellent domain, right company to work at the right time, No matter what happen to the industry outside, a show keeps going on, Excellent for freshers
