Cons
Need better standardized training plans for new employees, and a focus on best practices company wide for every operation. Salaries are below average, especially for major metropolitan areas. Make monetary incentives available for performance available to hourly employees. Industry standard of rough hours around holidays applies, but that is a part of the business.
