Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Current management is focused only on metrics through ticket system and not projects. Does not allow employees to focus on projects and instead drains the life out of them with tickets. Talk to an employee via teams for over 5 minutes? Better make an interaction ticket. Talk to someone over the phone, better have an interaction ticket. Need to go to the doctor? Fill out PTO even though you are salary and work way passed your daily hours and even weekends. Try to take some time off based on overtime worked, which they promised, nope...you're getting pay deducted. You will be on-call 24/7 for 7 days a week every month. Don't answer the phone? Better fill out the form for the higher ups to review and then scold you, regardless of the situation. They removed a critical system from the org, well that's your problem and why it's no longer working. Seriously, avoid this company.

Pros

It is a pay check

Cons

This is solely for the IR/sunrise shift. -Poor management/leadership they don’t communicate well and yell and talk down on you. They got rid of the managers that we actually liked working for a few months ago. People have quit because how she treats us handlers . -scheduling - have you start earlier but take an hour lunch . Make it make sense - hard workers - they will run you into the ground , while the lazy/slower workers don’t get pushed or worked as hard. A lot of favoritism here - safety hazards everywhere - pallets not spaced , irregular boxes / oversized boxes lining the belts and exits of the trucks - training - very poor . They will put new people on the van lines and not even explain/show what needs to be done . They do not train us how to brick load or build a solid wall. -personnel - revolving door . They waste time onboarding people just to have them work a week then leave sometimes just a day or two . On any given day 8-10 people call in . Then the burden is on the people that show up . Pay - they need to pay a differential for night shift . It might keep more people . I have seen the good and bad here . The current situation is the bad .
