Leaving the business is the only pro I can think of
Cons
- Shocking management CPO, CTO and other exec are awful.
- HR team is non existent
- Massive egos
- Lack of leadership and support
- Cases of people not getting paid
- Engineering culture is toxic. Lead Dev is a control freak. Leadership team in tech are not nice people.
- The company is laughable.
Avoid at all costs. If you literally have nothing else then still reject them you’ll be better off.

The team are really friendly, training is in-depth and feedback is really useful. They make a real effort to make those WFH feel included and understand the importance of ensuring everyone feels part of the team. A real focus on wellbeing of the staff too.
Cons
A lot of new information to take in before moving on to talking to customers, can feel overwhelming at times.
