We want constructive feedback and we want to be a great employer. A lot of companies ask their employees to write reviews. Who better to tell the company story then the employees? This is in no way an integrity issue. No one was made to write a review and there would not be any repercussions for participating or not participating. So often in life we hear about the negative and we wanted to share the positive things we do….employee incentive bonuses, work from home options, great shift times, overtime (if wanted), and helping people every day.
