Pros

- There's always work to do - Alright pay for the work - Nice breaktimes - Friendly Staff - Free month training

Cons

- Not ideal work hours - Could be paid more - Flexibility with shifts - The kitchen could provide more tasty food (I am not a picky eater, however the food in the canteen isn't ideal sometimes). - The benefits should be a little better, especially as the job itself is mainly about insurance. So more insurance benefits would be great. Even an extra 5% discount at 2 year service time would be a good thing to thank how hard staff work.

Pros

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Cons

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
