      Pros

      The focus on small/medium healthcare and biopharma companies, especially those in rare disease has been a great move - we are attracting our perfect clients. Flexibility in being in the office 2-3x week and working from home makes work/life balance much easier to achieve.

      Cons

      None that I can think of - great group of smart, hard working people who care about their clients.
